ROSE COURT

ROSE COURT has 2 blocks of 12 storeys each, completed in 1963. It has 2 apartments per floor, giving it a total of 48 units. Each apartment is spacious, ranging from 1925 – 2049 sf saleable and the original layout was 3 large bedrooms with separate living and dining rooms, a kitchen, a maid’s room and a large balcony. However, over the years, some have been modified. Located on the edge of the racetrack, each apartment has great views over the track.
