Completed in 1969, Monticello consists of 3 connected blocks each of 20 storeys A-F. Each block has 2 apartments per floor i.e. 40 units totaling 120 apartments. The A and B blocks have larger apartments of 1232sf of saleable area and all are North facing with higher floors having harbor views.
