It is located on Graham Street which is a 2-minute walk from the escalator.  The Central commercial area, groceries and restaurants in the neighbourhood.  It contains 185 apartments ranging from 674-1132 sf saleable and all come with balconies and are mainly 2 or 3 bedrooms.
