PARKWAY COURT #寶威閣

The Parkway Court is situated on Park Road and above Bonham Road.  It consists of two high-rise blocks and a lower car park which is able to accommodate 42 car spaces.  The large development has two entrances, one unimposing entrance on Bonham Road and the main entry point with car-park access from Park Road.  Bonham Road provides many buses and mini-buses, the Sai Ying Pun MTR is just a short walk away.

While the flats in the development have relatively open views, given the lack of high-rises north of Bonham Road.  The most desirable flats will be the higher floors of unit 1 in Block Two providing open sea views.  The flats are quite functional in terms of space efficiency despite the facilities provided including a swimming pool and a child’s playground.
